Her teaching has taken my practice to unexpected new levels and given me a new understanding of the mechanics of my body. She brings a knowledge and genuine passion for yoga that provides a security... knowing that you're in safe hands. Chrissie's Friday classes are the perfect end to my week. A super-zen mix of Hatha yoga breathing and mudras, bringing me into my inner feeling body. With her teachings I've moved away from hyper extending towards easing my body into asanas - keeping my spine nice and juicy! No more injuries and best of all a relaxed fun atmosphere. It's been a revelation.

 I travel from Frinton each week and I am never disappointed with Chrissie's classes, they are more than worth the journey for both body and mind.
